It is with great pleasure that we invite you to take part in the 30th GFG Meeting, which will be held in Vers, in the Lot department, at the heart of the Occitanie region. This edition continues a long-standing tradition of scientific meetings that, for over fifty years, have brought together the glycosciences community around shared core values: scientific excellence, interdisciplinarity, and conviviality.
The organising committee has sought to make this meeting a privileged opportunity for exchange and discussion by offering a balanced programme combining lectures by internationally renowned researchers, presentations by early-career colleagues, the presentation of GFG awards, and poster sessions, always highly anticipated for the richness and vitality of the discussions they generate. The natural and authentic setting of the Lot region will provide an environment particularly conducive to scientific reflection, while also encouraging informal and friendly interactions.
We therefore look forward to welcoming you to Vers for this 30th edition, to celebrate together the vitality of our discipline and to collectively reflect on its future perspectives, in a spirit that is simultaneously rigorous, open, and welcoming.
